Great Location, 2 minutes walk to the tram (Southport South), 5 minutes walk to Australia Fair. We can put a single or a double bed, depending on your preference! All bed sheets, pillows and blankets are included. The room includes storage. The toilet and bathroom are separate and will only be shared between 2 people including you! Own room $ 140 per week, $ 280 bond. Minimum stay is 1 month. All bills are included as well as the internet. Current only 1 very long term couple is staying in the house.
